Leema Krishna Murali successfully defended her MS thesis work today.
Leema’s work involves computational analysis of fluorescence-based multiplex IHC images with applications in renal pathology. Leema did an outstanding job in her MS work. She did a platform presentation on her work on stain transfer using generative models in SPIE Medical Imaging 2020, and we are currently working on a manuscript on her current multiplex IHC image analysis work for a journal publication. Congratulations Leema!
