Thrilled to share the receipt of a new NIH award as part of the Human BioMolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP) consortium. We now have become one of the HuBMAP Integration, Visualization & Engagement (HIVE) teams. Together with several other teams we will study what is a normal ‘reference’ human system via analyzing multi-omics / diverse microscopy imaging data at single cell level. Our team will specifically leverage cutting-edge AI tools to study spatial omics data. Other team members of our HIVE team are from Indiana University, Washington University in St Louis, University of California at San Francisco, University of Kentucky, Vanderbilt University, and University at Buffalo.
