New collaboration supported by American Cancer Society Institutional Research Grant

Excited to receive the support to apply our machine learning algorithms to quantify and classify genetic heterogeneity and tumor microenvironment variation in the most aggressive form of brain cancer, glioblastoma. This project is a collaboration with Dr. Michalina Janiszewska at Wertheim UF Scripps Institute, whose lab studies glioblastoma tissue organization and develops methods to map cancer ecosystem in search for new approaches to treat this incurable cancer.
