This is a two-week Digital Imaging and Spatial Omics research experience supported by the NIH Human Biomolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP). Participants will be onboarded to the HuBMAP data portal and workspace, where they will use FUSION, a cloud-based tool, to access HuBMAP data, run analysis workflows, and visualize spatial omics data.
