Job type: Remote part-time position
Our artificial intelligence (AI)/ machine learning (ML) research team at the University of Florida is in
search of a part-time professional writer to assist in writing grants and manuscripts for publication in
peer-reviewed journals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI, ML, bioinformatics,
medical imaging, and molecular biology. The science writer will also assist in developing graphical
illustrations and presentations, as needed.
Minimum qualifications: Masters in biological or life science; experience in machine learning; prior publications.
Preferred qualifications: PhD and experience in nephrology, pathology, and microbiology.
