IFTASegmenter

This software conducts automated segmentation and quantification of interstitial fibrosis and tubular atrophy (IFTA) and glomerulosclerosis from renal tissue whole slide images.  All the codes, images and trained models used for evaluation are made available for the community.  A schematic overview is shown below.
