Tubulopia is a web-based computational pathology platform for automated segmentation of the tubular basement membrane (TBM) in periodic acid–Schiff (PAS)-stained kidney whole-slide images (WSIs). The platform uses a topology-aware deep learning model to identify morphologically complex TBM structures and provides an accessible interface for reviewing segmentation results.
The application enables researchers and pathologists to:
- Upload PAS-stained kidney WSIs for automated TBM segmentation.
- Submit segmentation jobs and monitor their processing status.
- Visualize predicted TBM masks as overlays on the original WSIs.
- Interactively inspect and refine AI-generated TBM segmentation results.
- Export segmentation and analysis results for downstream research and pathological assessment.
