Nexus Annotator is a digital annotation platform designed to streamline the annotation process and support the creation and collection of high-quality ground truth data. Seamlessly integrated with our existing CompRePS infrastructure, it enables visualization and annotation on AI-generated segmentations on whole slide images (WSI).
We are actively collaborating with pathologists to guide iterative improvements, focusing on usability, reducing annotation workload, and supporting precise morphologic labelling. Our goal is to deliver a highly intuitive, user-friendly tool tailored for non-technical domain experts, empowering them to rapidly generate ground truth data with minimal friction.
