As a faculty member, Dr. Sarder aspires to excel in classroom teaching. He envisions himself to be like great teachers who instill knowledge in their students, make them curious, and are inspiring, eloquent, focused, easily approachable, and patient. Despite his faculty position having many responsibilities for the university, Dr. Sarder strives to guide his students in choosing their career path or help them select research areas that fit their talents. As a mentor, he seeks to make students interested in learning, help them understand the basic concepts, and encourage them to exercise lifelong learning. Dr. Sarder wishes to dedicate himself to serving society by guiding the young generation and encouraging them to become successful engineers and scientists.
